OpenVPN

Context

OpenVPN is a VPN system across desktop, mobile, and cloud. My role on this work, as published, is Product Designer.

Responsibility

I led design for Access Server Billing, Access Server, Cloud, OpenVPN Connect, SSO, and the design system.

I worked with design, development, marketing, and the business team.

Decisions

• Moved designers and files from Sketch, InVision, and Zeplin to Figma.
• Used the design system so business, marketing, design, and production shared one source.
• Redesigned sign-up, billing, and OpenVPN Connect for iOS, Android, macOS, Linux, and Windows.
• Ran usability tests and surveys against those flows.
